Mercy Corps Islamabad invites qualified service providers to submit their Intent to Bid for the provision of Specimen Transportation Packing Material including Zippers Plastic Bags and Disposable Sputum Containers. Interested bidders must complete and submit the Intent to Bid Form by one of the following methods: - Download the Intent to Bid Form from https://bit.ly/PR-171223 - Collect the hard copy from Mercy Corps office at Plot 190, Street 6, Sector I-9/2, Islamabad, Pakistan Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps no later than 11:45 PM on Saturday, August 22, 2026, using one of the following methods: - Email the completed form to islamabaditb@mercycorps.org with Tender Reference Number PR171223 in the subject line - Submit the completed form in person by placing it in the Tender Box at Mercy Corps Office, Plot 190, Street 6, Sector I-9/2, Islamabad, Pakistan. The Tender Reference Number must be clearly written on the sealed envelope. Following the closing date, Mercy Corps will issue the Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) only to those suppliers who have submitted a completed Intent to Bid Form. The solicitation document will be shared through the delivery method selected in the Intent to Bid Form. Bidders are advised that submission of an Intent to Bid Form does not create or constitute any contractual or transactional obligation between Mercy Corps and the prospective bidder.
