The technical scope includes supply of new, unused, and genuine sports material conforming to specifications and approved samples. Delivery is to be completed within seven calendar days from issuance of Purchase Order. The supplier must provide complete delivery documentation including Purchase Order number, description, quantity, brand, and delivery date. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN, active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, ATL status, relevant experience with proof, minimum average annual turnover of PKR 10 million over last three financial years, and affidavit of no blacklisting. Bidders must submit bid security of 2% of quoted price and performance security of 5% of contract price.
