Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the standardization of Tehmas Khan Football Ground located in Peshawar under the Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project involves upgrading the football ground to meet modern standards, including the use of quality construction materials and adherence to engineering specifications suitable for sports infrastructure in Peshawar. The work demands expertise in civil construction with a focus on playground facilities, ensuring durability and compliance with local regulations.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C5 or above and have relevant experience in similar projects. The estimated cost is PKR 45.526 million, and the bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. The project requires bidders to submit technical and financial bids electronically via the EPADS portal, with hard copies of Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) submitted physically. The contract will be awarded following KPPRA rules and includes strict compliance with tax and registration requirements.
