Tender Description
The Ministry of Industries & Production, Islamabad, invites sealed tenders from eligible firms for the annual supply of stationery, miscellaneous items, and toners for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is targeted at firms operating in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, with a valid business presence and all relevant tax registrations.
Items being procured:
- Stationery items (specific list not provided in the notice)
- Miscellaneous office items (specific list not provided in the notice)
- Toners (genuine brand and China brand, as per attached list)
Firms must ensure that all items supplied meet the quality and specifications outlined by the Ministry. For toners, only authorized dealers or suppliers with certificates from the manufacturing company or authorized dealers will be considered. Bidders are required to submit a call deposit of PKR 300,000 as refundable security in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of Section Officer (General), Ministry of Industries & Production, Islamabad. Cheques are not acceptable.
The successful bidders will be bound to supply the required items throughout the contractual period, and samples must be presented at the time of tender opening. The Ministry will retain the security money of successful bidders until the completion of the financial year 2026-27, after which it will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. Firms must have at least five years of experience in supplying relevant items, and must provide a list of at least three clients from ministries or departments along with work orders.
Sealed tenders must be submitted by 3rd September 2026, 10:30 a.m., at the designated office in Islamabad. All tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 11:00 a.m.
Tip: Ensure your technical proposal includes all required documents, especially certificates for authorized dealership of toners and proof of experience, to avoid disqualification during evaluation.
