Procurement of Stationery, Printing, Binding, Laboratory and Plant Materials for Financial Year 2026-27

Latifabad Stock Breeding Services Authority Sindh Hyderabad (LBSA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of various goods and materials required for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is open to eligible suppliers and contractors who can provide the specified items as per the requirements of the department in Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Stationery and office supplies (Tender No. LBSA/Tender/Hrm/26-27, Tender Fee: 1000 PKR) - Other consumable items (Tender No. LBSA/Tender/CoS/26-27, Tender Fee: 1000 PKR) - Printing and binding materials (Tender No. LBSA/Tender/HDW/26-27, Tender Fee: 1000 PKR) - Laboratory and chemical supplies (Tender No. LBSA/Tender/Lab/26-27, Tender Fee: 1000 PKR) - Plant and machinery consumables (Tender No. LBSA/Tender/P&M/26-27, Tender Fee: 1000 PKR) The technical scope covers the supply of high-quality stationery, printing and binding materials, laboratory chemicals and consumables, as well as plant and machinery-related items. All items must meet the technical specifications and standards outlined by LBSA. Suppliers must ensure timely delivery and compliance with the quality requirements. Eligible bidders must provide a call deposit receipt (CDR) or pay order equivalent to 2.5% of the bid amount as earnest money. Firms must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Detailed tender documents and submission guidelines are available on the Sindh EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 11:00 AM on 04-11-2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the LBSA office.
