Stationery, Printing, Photocopier, and General Store Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Stationery and Photocopy Branch of IMCG Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of stationery, printing, photocopier, and general store items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted under the PPRA Rules 36b using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested bidders are encouraged to participate and provide competitive offers for the required items. Items being procured: - Stationery items (various types as per requirement) - Printing materials (as specified in the tender documents) - Photocopier supplies (including toner, paper, and maintenance items) - General store items (miscellaneous consumables for office use) The technical scope covers the timely supply of high-quality materials to the IMCG Rawalpindi campus. All items must meet the specifications outlined in the tender documents. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar goods to educational institutions will be considered an advantage. Earnest Money in the form of CDR must be attached with the Financial Proposal, while the Technical Proposal should be submitted separately as per the instructions. Sealed bids must be submitted to the designated office by 12 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of technical proposals will take place on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
