The Irrigation Division Dera Bugti invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works related to the Storage Dam Parkahoramir Muhammad for the financial year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Storage Dam Parkahoramir Muhammad construction work Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in the Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and PEC registration with relevant category and specialized code CE04(01) for Dams/Water Retaining Structures. The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 125,373,134 in the last three years, showing financial capacity. Tender fee is PKR 1500 payable through challan in account #013434. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, to be deposited via call deposit or bank guarantee. The bidder must have completed one similar nature assignment costing 70% of the estimated cost in the last three years. The procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bids must accompany bid security in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
