Street Pavement, Drain, Culverts at V/C Thana Jadeed

Tehsil Municipal Administration, Thana Baizai invites sealed tenders based on Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS from eligible Government Contractors/Firms with valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and KPPRA Authority for the financial year 2026-27. The work is approved vide Administrative Approval No. 665/ASDI/P&D/Mkd/TBz dated 31/07/2026. Items being procured: - Street Pavement at V/C Thana Jadeed - Drain construction at V/C Thana Jadeed - Culverts construction at V/C Thana Jadeed The scope includes pavement, drainage, and culvert works under the Saving of Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Program. Contractors must prepare earnest money and additional securities as per KPPRA Notification No. S.RO(14)/Vol.1-24/2021-22 dated 10th May 2022. Bids must be submitted with a call deposit receipt in favor of Procuring entity / TMO Thana Baizai. Fax or hand-delivered bids will not be accepted; submissions must be through registered mail or courier service by the specified deadline. Required documents include valid registration of LCB, KP Revenue Authority, signed BOQ, original CDR, CNIC copy of MD/owner, and active NTN/Income Tax certificate. The tender opening will be held on 17/09/2026 at 11:30 AM. The work order is subject to the release of funds by the Provincial Government. Taxes will be deducted as per government laws. Any overwriting on BOQ will lead to rejection. In case of equal offers, a free toss will decide the award. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure all required documents and securities are in order to avoid disqualification.
