Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering (Dev:) Division Umerkot invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the installation of submersible pumps at Village Rahimoon Mohallah, UC Khokhrapar, Taluka Umerkot. This procurement is part of district ADP schemes aimed at improving water supply infrastructure in the region.
Items being procured:
- Boring of tube well (180 ft depth)
- Solar energy system including 1.00 BHP Mono-PERK Grade-A Tier 1 solar panels (2200 Watts), VFD Drive Off-Grid 2.2 KW 3 Phase, PV balance of system with elevated structure, complete wiring and installation
- Submersible pump 1.00 BHP stainless steel type FP 403 with 12 stages, 9 GPM flow against 115-165 ft head, including 1" HDPE riser pipe and delivery pipe UPVC class D 1" dia
- Fiber glass tank (350 gallons capacity)
- Sign board for inauguration
The technical scope includes civil works for tube well boring, installation of solar power system, electrical and mechanical installation of submersible pumps, and provision of water storage tanks. The project duration is 24 months from the commencement date.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least five years of business establishment, valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant civil, electrical (solar), and mechanical (pumps) categories, valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration, valid electrical license, and ISO certifications (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018). Bidders must also submit an affidavit declaring no blacklisting or litigation and provide bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit.
The deadline for bid submission is 22nd September 2026 at 9:30 AM, with bid opening on 23rd September 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (Dev:) Division Umerkot. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS only; manual submissions will not be accepted.
