Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering (Dev:) Division Umerkot invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply and installation of submersible pumps and associated solar power systems at Village Abdul Majeed Ji Dhani Laplo, UC Khokhrapar, Taluka Umerkot. This procurement is part of district ADP schemes aimed at improving water supply infrastructure in the region.
Items being procured:
- Boring of tube well (180 ft depth)
- Solar energy system including 1.00 BHP Mono-PERK Grade-A Tier 1 solar panels (2200 Watts), VFD Drive Off-Grid 2.2 KW 3 Phase system, PV balance of system with elevated structure, complete wiring and installation
- Submersible pump 1.0 BHP with stainless steel flow pack, motor, riser pipe, and delivery pipe
- Fiber glass tank (350 gallons capacity)
- Sign board for inauguration
The technical scope includes civil works for tube well boring, installation of solar power system components, submersible pump setup, and associated infrastructure. The contract duration is 24 months from commencement. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant civil, electrical (solar), and mechanical (pumps) categories and possess valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a call deposit. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procurement method with electronic bid submission only via EPADS portal.
