Tender Description
The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) has issued a corrigendum regarding the submission and opening date for tender number STG-02/2026-27. The new bid submission and opening date is extended to 29-10-2026, from 1:30 AM to 2:00 PM, replacing the previous date of 12-10-2026 at 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
This tender involves the supply of goods under the terms and conditions set by QESCO in Quetta. Bidders are reminded that price preference to goods offered on the Free on Consignment Sale (FCS) basis in Pakistan may be considered if applicable, in accordance with the prevailing directives of the Government of Pakistan. The bidder must provide a valid Price Preference Certificate issued through the Engineering Development Board of Pakistan. The FCS price will be considered as landed cost.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to comply with the Government of Pakistan's directives and provide the necessary certificates to claim price preference. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Interested suppliers should note the revised submission deadline and ensure their bids are submitted accordingly to avoid disqualification. The tender is managed by the Manager (Procurement) PMU QESCO, Quetta.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully verify the validity and authenticity of the Price Preference Certificate as per the Engineering Development Board guidelines to ensure eligibility and avoid rejection of bids.
