Tender Description
The Cooperative Model Town Society (1962) Ltd Lahore invites sealed bids for the supply of 25 inch diameter Reinforced Plastic Composite (R.P.C) Manhole Covers with 26 inch diameter Rings specifically for Model Town Society in Lahore. This procurement is intended for firms already enlisted with the Model Town Society, ensuring familiarity with the project requirements and standards.

- 26" dia Rings
The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Civil Engineer Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request. Any clarifications regarding the tender can also be sought from the Civil Engineer’s office during regular working hours. The sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 01:00 PM on 21-07-2026. Bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend.
This procurement involves supply of durable and high-quality manhole covers and rings suitable for urban infrastructure maintenance. The materials must meet the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents, ensuring longevity and safety for the Model Town area. The scope is limited to supply only, with no installation or civil works included.
Eligible bidders should be enlisted contractors with the Model Town Society and comply with all relevant FBR and ATL registrations. Experience in supplying similar composite manhole covers will be advantageous. Earnest Money or CDR requirements will be detailed in the tender documents.
