Supply of 4x4 Double Cabin Pickup, 2x4 Double Cabin Pickup, and Tyres for Police Vehicles

The District Police Officer invites sealed bids for the supply of vehicles and tyres for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of the police force in Gilgit. Interested suppliers are encouraged to participate by submitting their bids before the deadline. Items being procured: - 4x4 Double Cabin Pickup (2 units) - 2x4 Double Cabin Pickup (1 unit) - Tyres for police vehicles (quantity not specified) The technical scope includes the provision of brand new vehicles with all standard features suitable for police use, as well as high-quality tyres compatible with the existing police fleet. All vehicles must be delivered to the police headquarters in Gilgit. Suppliers must ensure that the vehicles meet the required specifications and are registered for the current financial year. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. A bid security of 5 percent of the quoted amount must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the District Police Officer. Bids without the required earnest money will not be considered. The last date for submission of bids is 5 June 2026 at 11:30 AM, after which no bids will be entertained. Bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes at the office of the District Police Officer, Gilgit.
