Procurement of Stationary, Miscellaneous Items, Patient Diet, Uniforms, Medical Supplies, Furniture, Transport Repairs, LPG, and Consumables for DHQ Hospital Mirpur Mathelo (2026-27)

The District Headquarters Hospital Mirpur Mathelo, under the leadership of the Medical Superintendent, invites eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, and authorized distributors to participate in the procurement process for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is being conducted through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with Rule-46(1) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, utilizing the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Stationary Items - Other Miscellaneous/Petty Articles, Items, and Other Items - Diet for Patients - Uniforms/Liveries - Medical and Surgical Supplies (Gas) - Repair of Furniture/Fixture - Repair of Machinery/Equipment - Repair of Transport (Vehicles) - LPG Medicines/Drugs 15% - Specific Consumable Each item or category requires a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000, and a bid security amounting to 5% of the total budget for the respective item. Bidders must ensure they are registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/SRB as applicable. All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 29th August 2026, before 10:00 A.M. The e-bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 A.M. in the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Mirpur Mathelo, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
