Supply of Air Cooled Water Chiller, Lab Automatic Glass Washer, SEM Detector, and Fabrication of Waveguide Parts for Islamabad

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockiest registered with Sales Tax Department having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities on Islamabad basis. The procurement is for the Director Finance office in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Air Cooled Water Chiller - Lab Automatic Glass Washer, Standard Rack, Petri-dish Rack, Combined Rack etc - SEM Detector, Miscellaneous lab items - Fabrication of Waveguide Parts The technical scope includes supply of specialized laboratory and industrial equipment and fabrication services. Tenderers must provide 02% earnest money of the total order value inclusive of GST in favor of Director Finance P.O Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee of Rs. 2000/- per tender is required and must be paid via bank draft or pay order. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who have not supplied stores against previous orders. Tender/quotation must be accompanied by earnest money and must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly super-scribed with tender number and due date. Tender opening and receiving will be on 15-09-2026 at 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM respectively. Tender validity is 60 days from the date of opening. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Tender documents can be requested in writing and dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft. The original bank draft should be received one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all tender documents are complete and submitted on time, as late tenders will not be entertained and any cutting or overwriting will lead to rejection.
