Tender Description
The Livestock Extension & Research Sindh Hyderabad invites sealed tenders for supply of Animal's Feed, Seed & Fertilizers and Veterinary Medicine along with other items under Government Livestock Farms working under Directorate General Livestock Extension & Research Sindh Hyderabad Farms. The farms involved are Directorate General Livestock Extension & Research Sindh Hyderabad, Superintendent Livestock Experiment Station Nabisar Road District Umerkot, Officer In-charge Livestock Experiment Station Korangi Karachi, Superintendent Government L/S Dev & Res for Kundhi Buffaloes Farm Rohri, Superintendent Red Sindh Cattle Breeding Farm Tando Muhammad Khan, and Officer In-charge Kamori Goat Farm Khudabad District Dadu.

The procurement is based on Schedule of Requirement of bidding documents available online at the EPADS website. Bidders must submit bids electronically through EPADS. A 2.5% Pay Order in favor of Director Livestock Extension & Research Sindh is required as bid security. Bids must be quoted in Pak Rupees and submitted in original at the mentioned concerned office address. The tender follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bids not accompanied by bid security or not submitted through EPADS will be rejected. The bid validity period is 90 days extendable as per SPPRA rules.
The tender submission deadline is 08-09-2026 at 02:00 PM, and the opening will be held on the same day at 02:30 PM at the office of the Director General Livestock (Extension & Research) Sindh, Animal Science Complex, Auto Bhan Road Hussainabad Hyderabad. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions, including FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience.
