The Special Protection Unit (SPU), Punjab, Lahore invites e-bids through Framework Contract based on the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) from well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments for the purchase/services of the following heads for the current Financial Year 2026-27 (up till 30.06.2027). Items being procured: - A03970-040 Bed & Boxes (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.00 Million) - A03970-044 Tent & Tarpal (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.00 Million) - A09601 Plant & Machinery (Estimated Cost Rs. 10.00 Million) - A13201 Repair Of Furniture & Fixture (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.50 Million) - A09701 Furniture & Fixture (Estimated Cost Rs. 7.00 Million) Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded on the e-Procurement system (ep.Punjab) by 17.11.2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day at the office of the Commandant, Special Protection Unit (SPU), Punjab, Lahore, located at Barrack No.02 Capt. Syed Ahmad Mobeen Shaheed City Traffic Police Lines G.T Road Manawan, Lahore. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rule 2014 (amended). All quoted rates are inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, and delivery, valid up to 30.06.2027. Bidders applying for Plant & Machinery must submit manufacturer or authorized agent certificates; otherwise, bids will be rejected. Specifications for big items must be uploaded on the e-procurement system along with e-bids. One sample per bid article and brushers for big items must also be uploaded. Interested bidders must provide a performance certificate on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- stating no default or criminal conviction. Bid security of 1% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Bankers Cheque from any scheduled bank in favor of the Commandant, SPU Punjab, is required. Successful bidders shall deposit 2% of the total contract value as performance guarantee in the same form, refundable upon successful contract completion.
