Orient Material (Private) Limited (OML) invites sealed quotations/tenders from reputable, experienced suppliers for the regular supply of biomass solid fuel to its plant located in Faisalabad, Punjab. The requirement is approximately 1,000 metric tons per month, ensuring consistent quality, quantity, and timely delivery. Items being procured: - Solid Biomass Pellets - Briquettes The scope includes monthly or weekly supply, transport and delivery to OML Faisalabad, along with loading, unloading, and handling. Suppliers must comply with applicable quality and moisture specifications, provide weighing and quantity documentation, and ensure the biomass fuel meets the required standards for plant material. Eligibility criteria require relevant biomass supply experience, valid business and tax registration, reliable transport capabilities, and the ability to maintain uninterrupted supply. Bidders must submit technical and commercial proposals including company profile, experience, biomass type/source, monthly capacity, technical specifications, and quality parameters with supporting data sheets. Commercial terms should cover price per metric ton, transport charges if separate, applicable taxes and duties, payment terms, delivery lead time, contract validity of 12 months, and price validity of 12 months plus or minus 10% subject to market survey.
