Tender documents can be purchased up to one day before the opening date of each tender from 1100 to 1230 hours on any working day for international tenders and can be obtained from SNGPL's website through EPADS for local tenders. Bidders must provide valid Sales Tax Registration, Income Tax, and latest Professional Tax Certificates along with their request for tender documents. Tender submissions must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500/- for international tenders and a bid security of 2% (excluding GST) of the estimated value as mentioned in the tender documents. Local bidders must submit bids on EPADS as well as an original or duplicate set of the bid quoted on EPADS along with the original bid bond on or before the closing date/time.
