Supply of Books, Magazines, Electronic and Printed Publications for Police Balochistan Quetta

The Inspector General of Police Balochistan Quetta invites eligible bidders to supply books, magazines, electronic and printed publications. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Items being procured: - Books - Magazines - Electronic Publications - Printed Publications (Total Items Count: 2) The scope includes supply of the above items to the Central Police Office, Gulistan Road Quetta Cantt. Bidders must have a turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 in the last 5 years and a cumulative turnover of PKR 7,500,000 in the previous 5 years. Active Tax Payer List status and valid sales tax certificates are mandatory. Joint ventures are allowed provided no blacklisting exists. A bid security of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents and the NIT can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 08 September 2026 till 11:30 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM on the EPPS system. All bidders are advised to upload verified work orders and documents supporting eligibility criteria. The delivery period is 30 days. The bid security must accompany the bid or the bid will be declared non-responsive.
