Supply of Boys and Girls Uniforms for Govt Degree College of Special Education Multan

The Government Degree College of Special Education Multan invites sealed bids for the procurement of uniforms for boys and girls for the academic year 2026-27 under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The procurement includes supply of specific uniform items standardized by the Directorate General of Special Education Punjab Lahore. Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Pant (Khaki Gray), Belt (Black Color and Reverse Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest / Bunyun (White Color) & Tie (Blue with Golden Strips), Jersey Navy Blue - Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Skirt / Stanceer (White Color), Shawl & Navy Frock - Ancillary Note: The Directorate General of Special Education Punjab Lahore has standardized uniform items vide DGSE-PPRA/11035 which form the basis for this procurement. The uniforms are to be supplied to the Government Degree College of Special Education Multan. Bidders must be registered with PPRA and FBR, and have valid NTN and active tax payer status. Earnest money of 5% amounting to Rs. 12,500/- in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order only is required. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) by 09-09-2023 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure. All taxes are applicable as per government rules. The procuring agency will not be responsible for any delay by Treasury Office or other intermediaries. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding conditions, including submission of genuine documents and adherence to the lab testing requirement after 01-07-2026. The lab test report is mandatory for acceptance of contracted items. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids not meeting specifications or blacklisted firms.
