Supply of Boys and Girls Uniforms for Govt Special Education Centre Shujabad

The Govt. Special Education Centre Shujabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of uniforms for boys and girls for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to cover the cost of uniforms for approximately 166 students currently enrolled at the institution. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 2.5 million. The contract will be awarded for the supply of boys and girls uniforms including summer and winter sets. Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Pant (Malatia Gray), Belt (Black Color and Rexene / Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest/Bunyan (White Color), Tie (Navy Blue with Golden Strips), Jursy Navy blue - Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip/Shameez (White Color), Shawl & Jursy Maroon The uniforms must meet the specified quality standards and the supplier must have established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. Bidders must be registered with PPRA and have valid tax registrations including NTN, Sales Tax, and PRA. The bidding will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a single stage two envelope procedure via e-PADS. Bid security of 3% amounting to Rs. 75,000 in the form of Bank Call-Deposit (CDR) or Demand Draft or Pay Order is required. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 29 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on 1 September 2026 at 10:30 AM at the office of Govt. Special Education Centre Shujabad. Late submissions will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to amend quantities or cancel the procurement without liability. Payment will be made through the District Accounts Office, Multan.
