Supply of Charcoal, Sodium Dichromate and Asbestos Rope to Wah Industries Limited Wah Cantt

Wah Industries Limited, Wah Cantt, invites sealed quotations for the supply of three specific items as per Tender Enquiry No 03-LP-CHARCOAL, SODIUM DICHROMATE & ASBESTOS ROPE-PUR-WBM-2026-27 dated 24-08-2026. The procurement is for Charcoal, Sodium Dichromate, and Asbestos Rope required on an as and when needed basis at Wah Brass Mill, Quaid Avenue, Wah Cantt. Items being procured: - Charcoal Dry from Hard Wood, 25 Metric Tons, supplied in two partial consignments (Kiker) sized 25 mm to 75 mm, delivery up to 31-12-2026 - Sodium Dichromate Na2Cr2O7 Anhydrous 90% Purity, 250 Kilograms, delivery within 30 days after placement of contract - Asbestos Rope, Diameter 12 mm, 25 Kilograms An advance sample of 1 Kg for each item must accompany the Technical Offer. Offers without samples will be rejected except for established and reputable firms with prior satisfactory supply or acceptable previous samples. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope method requiring separate sealed covers for Technical and Commercial offers. A bid security (Bid Money) of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order must accompany the Technical Offer, along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500. The Technical Offer must not contain any price information. Suppliers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and provide Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. Delivery terms are Free Delivery at Wah Brass Mill, Wah Cantt. Inspection will be conducted at the purchaser's premises by authorized representatives. Payment will be made 100% after receipt and acceptance of stores, with partial supply and payment allowed. The tender opening will be held at POFs Bid Centre (Room No. 02), Behind Rabta Hall, POF, Wah Cantt at 1130 hours on 16-09-2026. Bids must reach the POF Bids Centre by air mail or courier before 1100 hours on the same day. Late bids will not be entertained. Bidders may witness the opening by deputing a representative with a letter of authority.
