Tender Description
Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites sealed bids from Original Manufacturers, Authorized Dealers, and Suppliers registered with FBR and active on the tax payer list for the supply of various chemicals, fabrics, and varnishes. This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the operational requirements of POF with quality materials supplied on time.

- Solvent Red-4 (0066-LP-Fill-57, 19-08-2026)
- Plain Woven Silk Variety 416 (0073-LP-Fill-57, 21-09-2026)
- Varnish Lithographic (0075-LP-Fill-57, 02-09-2026)
- Varnish RD-1177 (0076 LP-Fill-57, 29-08-2026)
- Ply Wood Sheet 11 ply (0077-LP-Fill-57, 21-09-2026)
- Parachute Cloth Nylon (0079-LP-Fill-57, 21-09-2026)
- Varnish Oil Bitumen Anchoring (0090-LP-Fill-57, 22-08-2026)
The technical scope includes supply of specified chemical compounds, textile materials, and varnishes meeting POF standards and specifications. Bidders must ensure compliance with quality and delivery timelines as per tender documents.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with income tax and sales tax departments, active on FBR's ATL, and capable of providing Earnest Money or CDR as per tender terms. Experience in supplying similar items to defense or government entities is advantageous.

Completed bids must be submitted online via the mentioned portal by 04 November 2026 before 10:30 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders should carefully prepare their submissions to avoid disqualification.
