Supply of Chromatography High Performance Liquid to Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for supply of the following item to the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Chromatography High Performance Liquid (01 Nos) with a delivery period of 12 months. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon production of required documents including photocopy of Registration Certificate issued by Directorate General Defense Purchase, attested copy of Sales Tax Registration, NTN certificate, proof of go down, financial capability undertaking, bank statement for last year, CNIC copy of MD, and certificates proving firm is not blacklisted. Firms must also provide details of work experience with government or semi-government organizations and details of property/assets. Non-manufacturing firms or agents must provide verifiable certificate of original manufacturer or agency agreement. Original Challan Form No. 32-A for Rs 2000/- for registered firms and Rs 2000/- for unregistered firms must be deposited in Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. All firms, registered or unregistered, must provide 5% bid security up to Rs 1.000 million along with their offer. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of opening of commercial offer. Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Detailed terms and conditions are in the tender documents.
