Supply of Coconut Coir and Mango Stone under ADP Scheme in Mango Sector

Mango Research Institute Multan invites bids for the supply of GERMLASM & MISC. STORE ITEMS under the ADP scheme entitled PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT IN MANGO SECTOR OF PUNJAB. The proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments for the supply of the following items: - Coconut Coir (01 Ton) - Mango Stone (500 bags) Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) from authorized dealers and general order suppliers only. No bids outside this system will be accepted. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of the Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines. The bidding follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 and is open to all eligible bidders. Complete bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Office of Principal Scientist, Mango Research Institute, Old Shujabad Road, Multan. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided with the bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder individually for each lot. Bidders must submit their best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes as no negotiations will be entertained. For bidders, it is crucial to ensure timely online submission through the authorized Punjab e-Procurement portal and to strictly follow the bid security submission guidelines to avoid disqualification.
