The Deputy Commissioner and Chairman Allotment Committee Dera Murad Jamali invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of consultancy services related to Google Mapping and Satellite GIS Town Dera Murad Jamali covering 5050 acres of land. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Google Mapping - Satellite G.I.S Town Dera Murad Jamali (5050-Acre Land) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The scope includes complete Google/satellite map, GIS/GPS Town area 5050 acres with detailed roads, streets, commercial, residential, official establishments (agricultural and white plots). Measurement of each commercial, residential, agricultural and white plots (on 31-12-2022 and present status). Preparation of complete Massaves, field books, and momi maps. Preparation of separate massives of each category i.e. commercial, residential, officials' establishments, white plots and agricultural lands. Any other task relating or required during survey and measurement of land. Eligibility of bidders requires 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 in 2 subsequent previous years, presence in active tax payer list, and B.R.A registration certificate. The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Bid security of 2% is required in the form of deposit at call of a scheduled bank. Last date of bid submission is 06-10-2026 till 12:00 PM through supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on 07-10-2026 at 01:00 PM on EPPS System.
