Tender Description

The Sindh Prisons & Corrections Service Karachi is procuring cooked food supply services for inmates of the Central Prison & Correctional Facility for Women Karachi for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This contract covers the preparation and delivery of three meals daily including breakfast, mid-day, and evening meals, as well as special diets during Ramadan and on national and cultural occasions such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha, Pakistan Day, Independence Day, and Sindh Cultural Day. The scope includes provision of meals for nursing and pregnant women prisoners and children up to six years of age, with detailed fortnightly diet menus and specifications for dietary articles. The technical scope requires bidders to have at least three years of catering experience, valid registrations with FBR, Sindh Food Authority, Sindh Revenue Board, and active GST certificates.
