Supply of Wheat Flour, Pulses, Rice, and Cooking Oil for Social Welfare Institutions Swat FY 2026-2027

The Social Welfare Department Swat invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of essential food items for various social welfare institutions in Swat for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement aims to ensure the uninterrupted provision of quality food supplies to government-run orphanages, Dar-ul-Aman, and rehabilitation centers in the district. Items being procured: - Wheat flour (آٹا) - Pulses (دالیں) - Rice (چاول) - Cooking oil (پکانے کا تیل) - Other essential food items for social welfare institutions The scope of supply covers timely delivery of the above items to designated institutions as per the requirements set by the department. Bidders must ensure that all products meet the prescribed quality standards and are delivered in proper packaging. The estimated cost for this procurement is **Rs. 20.00 Million**. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money of **Rs. 1,000,000** (5% of the estimated cost) in the form of CDR or Pay Order along with their bids. Bidding will be conducted through the **Single Stage Single Envelope** procedure via the E-PAD Portal. All interested suppliers must be registered on the E-PAD Portal and submit their bids electronically. The deadline for bid submission is **30/9/2026 at 10:30 AM**, and bids will be opened on the same day at **11:00 AM** in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
