Supply of Diesel for Road DHA Gate to Siddiq Abad Disposal Station

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Punjab Water and Sanitation (hereinafter referred to as the Client) invites bids from Suppliers / Contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement system (EP) for the supply of diesel for Road DHA Gate to Siddiq Abad Disposal Station. Items being procured: - Supply of Diesel for Road DHA Gate to Siddiq Abad Disposal Station The procurement is conducted under Punjab e-Procurement system with a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system and submit bids electronically as per instructions. Financial bids of bidders found technically non-responsive will remain unopened on the opening date. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 05% of the total contract amount within the time specified by the Procuring Agency. Bidders must be registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and have valid PEC License in category C-3 or above. Earnest Money of Rs. 345.575 Million is required. Bids must be submitted before 05-11-2026, 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. No physical financial instrument will be accepted; all submissions are electronic. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. Bidders should carefully follow the schedule and percentage rate above or below the schedule of rates for Schedule Items on which the bidding is based. Late bids will be rejected.
