Tender Description
Police Training College Multan invites sealed tenders from financially sound and reputable firms registered with GST and Income Tax Departments as well as registered on E-PADS. The procurement is for the supply of dietary items for the mess in PTC Multan for the financial year 2026-2027 ending 30th June 2027. Items being procured:
- Supply of Dietary Items
The procurement is managed by the Police Training College Multan located in Multan, Punjab. The tender follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and uses the E-PADS procuring system. Bidders must submit a Technical Proposal including detailed specifications, make and model, catalogue, earnest money, and samples of items. The Financial Proposal should include rates of respective items with all taxes and charges as per government rules. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding with separate envelopes for technical and financial proposals.
The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying fresh and class-1 dietary articles daily at the store of Commandant Police Training College Multan according to the supply order. Expired dietary articles will not be accepted. Bidders must submit a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or bank draft. Upon contract award, a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value is required, refundable after successful completion. Submission of samples on the opening day is mandatory. Bids incomplete, unsigned, late, or submitted by other than the specified mode (E-PADS) will be rejected.
Eligibility requires firms to be registered with GST, Income Tax, and E-PADS, and not blacklisted by any government department. The tender opening for technical proposals is scheduled for 25th July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of Commandant PTC Multan. Financial proposals will be opened later for technically qualified bidders. Interested bidders can download bidding documents free of cost from E-PADS and PPRA websites.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical proposal is complete with all required documents, earnest money, and samples as incomplete bids will be rejected. Timely submission via E-PADS before 10:30 AM on 25th July 2026 is critical to avoid disqualification.
