Supply of Distribution Material for Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites electronic bids from firms and manufacturers registered or prequalified with NTDC, WAPDA, PPMC, or any DISCO for the supply of distribution material. Both manufacturers and general order suppliers are eligible to participate for LT Bushes. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure on a Free Consignee Store (FCS) basis with free delivery to consignee stores at SEPCO Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 e-tendering platform and submit bids electronically. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Banker Cheque in favor of Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur is mandatory. The bid validity period is 100 days for tenders 1399/26 to 1414/26 and 1422/26, and 75 days for tenders 1415/26 to 1421/26. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bid security on EPADS v2.0 before the closing date and time. No escalation in cost after bid opening will be entertained. The submission deadline for bids is 14 October 2026 for tenders 1399/26 to 1414/26 and 15 October 2026 for tenders 1415/26 to 1422/26 at 10:30 A.M. Bids will be opened on the same dates starting from 11:00 A.M. onwards as per schedule.
