Supply of Drugs for Fair Price Pharmacy at DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat

DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat invites bids through E-PADS from firms, vendors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and holding valid Drug Sale License under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Drug Sales Rules 1982 (amended 2017) for the supply of drugs for the Fair Price Pharmacy at DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat. Items being procured: - Drugs for Fair Price Pharmacy Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelopes (Technical and Financial) as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit bids via E-PADS by or before 22 September 2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am. Scanned copies of all documents must be uploaded through E-PADS, while original Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 2,000,000/- as bid security must be submitted in the office of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat before closing time. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Income Tax, Stamp Duty, and Professional Tax or any other government taxes will be charged as per rules. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 September 2026 at 11:30 am in the office of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat. Approved rental rates and other services will remain valid until 30 June 2027 under KPPRA Rule 31 (A) pertaining to framework contracts/agreements. Offers will be evaluated technically and financially as per KPPRA Act and Rules. Non-compliance or failure to submit mandatory documents will result in disqualification. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
