Tender Description
The Airport Hotel Sky rooms (Private) Limited Purchase Department Karachi is procuring a comprehensive range of electric items for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the Airport Hotel located in Karachi, Sindh. The tender covers a wide variety of electrical products including plugs, batteries, ball bearings, breakers, cables, fans, LED lights, pumps, motors, and other related electric components. The scope includes supply and delivery of these items to the Airport Hotel Karachi with strict adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
Suppliers must submit bids on a Single Stage Two Envelope Basis through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and also provide a hard copy of the bid along with original Earnest Money and Tender Fee instruments. The Earnest Money required is Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order, refundable upon contract award. The tender fee is Rs. 15,000 non-refundable. Bidders must ensure their technical and financial proposals are sealed separately and submitted before the deadline of 15-June-2026 at 11:00 am. Late submissions will not be entertained.
Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, NTN, GST certificates, company profile, and experience in supplying similar electrical items. Vendors must also provide quality samples for evaluation. The technical bid will be evaluated by the Airport Hotel's Evaluation Committee, and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. The contract will be awarded on the basis of lowest rates per item.
A practical tip for bidders is to strictly comply with the submission instructions, especially ensuring the Earnest Money Pay Order has the company name, tender reference number, and date written on the back. Also, avoid overwriting or using white fluid on the bid documents as this will lead to disqualification.
