Supply of Electric Vehicles (EV Buses) with Charging Station Including Installation, Commissioning & Training

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS V2.0) for the supply of Electric Vehicles (EV Buses) with Charging Station including installation, commissioning, and training. This procurement is planned under the financial year 2026/27 with funds allocated for various goods and non-consulting services. The bidding process follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026. Items being procured: - Electric Vehicles (EV Buses) - Charging Station - Installation - Commissioning - Training The scope includes delivery on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, installation at the designated site, commissioning of the vehicles and charging infrastructure, and training of relevant personnel. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security in an acceptable form must accompany the bids, with scanned copies uploaded on e-PADS and hard copies submitted physically as per instructions. Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS V2.0 by 28th October 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
