Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites E-Bids from WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC/DISCO's approved manufacturers and suppliers duly pre-qualified and registered with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC/DISCO/S-PPRA in required categories under Single Stage One Envelope Method for the supply of electrical materials as per WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC specifications (amended to date). The transformers include extended creepage bushings and vacuum type On Load Tap Changers made by MR Germany or equivalent. All cables are to be supported on wooden reels with metal structures as per specifications. Eligibility requires bidders to be pre-qualified and registered with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC/DISCO/S-PPRA and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Security Deposit Receipt valid for 148 days from the tender opening date must be submitted. The bidding documents and detailed specifications are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal (https://pa.epads.gov.pk). The last date and time for receiving tenders is 11:00 AM on 27/10/2026, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline. Partial or incomplete bids will be rejected. The bid validity period is 120 days. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your Bid Security Instrument is submitted physically before the online bid submission deadline to avoid disqualification.
