The procurement involves supply of electrical items suitable for institutional use at the Board's premises located at 86-Mozang Road, Lahore. The items include various types of LED bulbs, tube lights, electric wires of different specifications, capacitors, circuit breakers, power plugs, light plugs, boxes, and electric ceiling fans with pure copper winding. Firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and comply with all applicable tax regulations. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope system as per rule 38 (2)(a) of PPR-2014. A bid security of 5% of the estimated price amounting to Rs.394,363/- is required, along with a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount. The tender closing date and time is **05-11-2026 till 1:30 P.M**. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 2:00 P.M in the office of the Deputy Secretary Procurement & Store.
