All items must be supplied strictly according to specifications and bidding documents. Eligibility requires bidders to be pre-qualified manufacturers or suppliers registered with WAPDA/DISCOs/NGC and AJKED, with valid prototype approval for T&P items. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks as specified. Validity of bank guarantees should not be less than 90 days from bid opening. Tender documents are available on payment of Rs. 1200 each during office hours up to 11-11-2026. Bids must reach the office of the Chief Engineer Electricity Muzaffarabad by 12-11-2026 at 11:30 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 p.m. in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
