Supply of Electrical, Plumbing, Hardware and Paint Materials for Cadet College Ghotki

Cadet College Ghotki invites quotations from reputable suppliers and vendors for the supply of repair and maintenance materials. The items required include Electrical Materials, Plumbing & Sanitary Materials, Hardware Materials, and Paint Materials, each to be quoted separately. Tender documents can be purchased on any working day from the office of the Resident Engineer at the main National Highway, Ghotki, upon payment of a Tender Fee of Rs. 2500 by Demand Draft in favor of Cadet College Ghotki. A security deposit of 5% of the quoted rates must be attached with the bid. Items being procured: - Electrical Materials - Plumbing & Sanitary Materials - Hardware Materials - Paint Materials Interested suppliers can visit the college office on any working day to obtain documents or download them from the college website www.ccg.edu.pk. Separate sealed bids (Technical & Financial) should be submitted in the name of the Principal Cadet College Ghotki by 28 September 2026 at 11:50 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per law. Suppliers may bid for individual categories or all items, but each category must be clearly marked and submitted separately in the bid envelope. Suppliers are advised to ensure their bids include the required earnest money and comply with all submission requirements to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and clear marking of categories will facilitate smooth evaluation and increase chances of success.
