Supply of Emergency Medicines, Zakat Medicines, Biological Vaccines, and Monthly Rent Services at DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara

The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara, Dir Lower, invites sealed and electronic bids through EPAD (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) under National Competitive Bidding for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for reputed national manufacturers, firms, distributors, retailers, and authorized sole agents to supply various items, medicines, and services required by the hospital. Items being procured: - Local purchase of Emergency Medicines & Zakat Medicines - Public Call Office (PCO) & Photocopy Shop (Monthly rent) - Public Washroom (Monthly Rent) (Only Non-Muslim can apply) - Biological Vaccines - Contingency items (Leftover items) The procurement will follow the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. The approved rates shall remain effective until 30-06-2027. Bidding documents with specifications and terms can be obtained from the hospital office during working hours or downloaded from EPAD. Tenders must be typed on original firm letterhead, signed page by page, and quoted in both words and figures; handwritten or edited bids will be rejected. E-bids must be uploaded on EPAD and the hard form containing the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must reach the office via GPO/Registered Post by 11:00 AM on 27-08-2026. The bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Proprietary certificates must be attached where applicable. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Firms/suppliers must register with E-PAD and be registered with KPRA/FBR where applicable. Bid security in the form of CDR, as specified per item/service, must be enclosed with the bid and uploaded on EPAD in favor of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital, Timergara, Dir Lower. Double quoting for the same item will not be considered. Separate bids must be submitted for each item/service. The successful bidder will sign an agreement on judicial stamp paper with the Medical Superintendent. The competent authority may reject any or all bids under clause-47 of KPRA Rules 2014. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of both electronic and hard copies of bids with proper CDRs to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully follow the single stage single envelope procedure and submit separate bids for each item to comply with the tender requirements.
