Supply of Epoxy Electrophoretic Paint to Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of Epoxy Electrophoretic Paint as per Tender Enquiry No. 0033/FP/P782/57/SJL dated 28-SEP-26. This procurement is specifically for the supply of 965 kilograms of Epoxy Electrophoretic Paint conforming to CQ 1316-75 and Drawing No WO-219/0-1. Items being procured: - Epoxy Electrophoretic Paint, 965 KG The scope includes delivery within 3 months after contract placement. The paint must be brand new, from current year production, and sourced from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The store should be securely packed and suitably treated to withstand tropical climate and transit hazards by sea, rail, road, or air. Inspection will be conducted by the Inspector of Armaments Rawalpindi or authorized representative. Eligibility criteria require firms to provide NTN, ATL, PTC, and an undertaking duly signed and stamped with the technical quotation. Unregistered firms must provide a one-year bank statement. Bid security and tender fee must accompany the quotation. Performance bond of up to 10% of FOB value is required for contracts exceeding US$ 50,000. Payment terms include 70% payment on submission of shipping documents and 30% on receipt and acceptance at POF Sanjwal.
