Supply of Feed for Bannu Pheasantry and Wildlife Park Lakki Marwat for Year 2026-27

The Wildlife Division Forest Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites suppliers for the supply of animal and bird feed for the Bannu Pheasantry and Wildlife Park Lakki Marwat for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to Bannu city and covers a wide range of feed items including Bajra (Pearl Millet), Wheat, Poultry Feed No. 13 & 14, Gurr, Onion, Garlic, Spinach, Gram (Chickpea), Dry Bread, Mix Feed, Wanda, Green Feed, Barley, Wheat Straw, and Salt Stone. The quantities are estimated based on last year’s utilization and may vary with seasonal requirements, natality, mortality, and arrival of new animals and birds. The contractor is required to supply fresh and best quality feed items as per the supply order issued by the procuring entity. A 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the offered rate must be submitted as earnest money. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder on the aggregate rate basis. All taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The successful bidder must sign an agreement with the procurement entity and ensure rates remain valid for the contract period. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and KPRA, and experience in similar supply contracts is preferred. The tender opening will take place on 13th July 2026 at 12:00 PM in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer Wildlife Division Bannu near Saddar Police Station.
