Supply and Fixing of Canopy for Toyota Double Cabin Revo and Tyres for Vehicles at NGC Islamabad

The National Grid Company of Pakistan (National Grid Company (NGC)) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of goods under the contract titled 'SUPPLY/ FIXING OF CANOPY FOR TOYOTA DOUBLE CABIN REVO AND TYRES FOR VEHICLES ATTACHED IN THE OFFICE OF DIRECTOR (PROJECTS) NGC ISLAMABAD'. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - M3 Flat Roof Canopy for Toyota Revo (Qty: 1) - Tyres 265-60-R18 for Toyota Revo Double Cabin (Qty: 8) - Tyres 195-R15 for Toyota Hiace (Qty: 4) - Tyres 145-R12 for Suzuki Bolan (Qty: 4) The canopy is specified to be made of imported steel lock, dust and water resistant, with 2K automotive matching paint, drill free clamp installation, and premium cushioning. Tyres must be Dunlop, Yokohama, or equivalent brands. All items come with a 2-year warranty and must be delivered within 27 days to the NGC office in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must have relevant experience with DISCOs and/or NGC, valid registration certificates including NTN and GST, and must not be blacklisted. Bid security is required in the form of a Pay Order or Banker's Cheque.
