The Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for the supply of fresh water through bowzers at multiple Pakistan Navy locations in Karachi and Gwadar. Valid registration certificates from the Pakistan Engineering Council and bank statements are mandatory. Firms not on the approved MES list must provide proof of registration, financial standing, staff details, tools, and previous experience attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer. Contractors suspended or not on the MES list must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost as security.
