Items being procured: - Meat Group Items: Chicken, Goat/Sheep, Eggs (Hen), Skins - Vegetable Group Items: Vegetable Fresh, Fruits Fresh, Onion Fresh, Potato Fresh, Bread - Hired Mechanical Transport: Trucks (10 Ton), Buses (52 Seater), Jeep, HAT, Porters covering distances from 1 to 150 kilometers across various supply areas - Hired Labour (Surge) for multiple supply areas including Kel, Develian, Muzaffarabad, Sawan Kuchha, Hajira, Bagh, Forward Kahuta, and ADOS 12 Division/87 Ord Unit The scope includes supply of fresh meat and vegetables, transportation services with specified vehicle types and seating capacities, and surge labour for operational support across the division's supply areas. The tender forms will be issued to registered ASC Contractors during office hours by 17 September 2026. Earnest money at 2% of tender value or a maximum of 1 million PKR must be deposited along with quotations in the form of bank draft or pay order in favor of Earnest Money Account HQ Log 12 Division. The tender opening is scheduled for 18 September 2026 at 10:30 AM, with deposit time for the tender at 10:00 AM. The competent authorities reserve the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
