Supply of Furniture for Air University H-11 Campus (JOB A)

The Air University, Islamabad Campus (Air University) is procuring furniture for its H-11 Campus under contract reference P64109. Specifications include high-quality laminated chipboard tops, steel pipe frames with powder coating, lockable drawers and cabinets, and upholstery with approved fabrics or leatherette. Sample approval is mandatory for technical qualification. Delivery and installation will be at PAF Complex, Sector E-9, Islamabad Capital Territory, with warranty periods ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on item type. Eligibility requires PEC category compliance, FBR/ATL registration, and experience in similar supplies. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a pay order and provide samples conforming to Air University standards. The bid validity period is 120 days.
