Supply of General Stationery, Machinery & Equipment, and Sports Items for Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Abbottabad

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Abbottabad invites bids for the supply of various items under the Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Bidders must be manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers, or general order suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR), active on Income Tax and Sales Tax Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and registered with EPADs. Items being procured: - General Stationery & Other Items (quantity as per requirement) - Machinery & Equipment (quantity as per requirement) - Sports Items (quantity as per requirement) The procurement covers a range of general stationery, machinery, and sports items required by the Board. Complete bid documents can be obtained from the Admin Section during working hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 in favor of Secretary, BISE Abbottabad. Documents are also downloadable from the EPADs portal www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must include Bid Security (CDR) at 2% of the total quoted bid value along with Rs. 2000/- receipt or DD, submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the category. Samples can be inspected at the Store Section of BISE Abbottabad during office hours. Bids will be electronically opened on 29-10-2026 at 2:30 PM via EPADs in accordance with KPPRA rules. Bidders must submit an undertaking on legal valid attested stamp paper of Rs. 100 stating non-blacklisting by any government or private entity and commitment to supply within stipulated period. Late, incomplete, or conditional bids will be rejected. The quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid for 45 days from bid opening. In case of delay in supply, liquidated damages at 0.5% per week up to 10% of contract price will be imposed. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
