The Ministry of Defence Production in Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from Sales Tax Registered Firms and Suppliers who are on the active tax payer list for the supply of various items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes a comprehensive list of items: - Stationery Items - Computer Related Stationery - General Store Items - Computer Items (Hardware & Software) - Lines & Wires (Purchase) These items are to be supplied as per the specifications and requirements detailed in the respective annexures (A to E) which can be collected from the DP-1 Store. The scope covers supply throughout the financial year 2026-27 to the Ministry/DIPRA. Bidders must submit bids with brands duly authenticated by the firms in sealed envelopes addressed to Meraj Gul, Section Officer (DP-1), Ministry of Defence Production/DIPRA, Pak, Sectt No. II Rawalpindi. Demand Draft of Rs. 500,000/- as security is required. Bids must reach the Ministry on or before 19th August 2026 at 1100 Hrs and will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of office closure on the opening date, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place. Eligibility criteria include Sales Tax registration, active tax payer status, and submission of attested copies of valid GST Registration Number / NTN. Bidders must quote prices inclusive of all government taxes. Samples of items, where applicable, should be presented with the tender. The successful bidder will provide samples of each material to ensure quality throughout the contract period.
