Supply of General Store, Stationary, Printing, Laundry, Computer Server and Electro Medical Equipment Parts

Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites bids for the Financial Year 2026-27 on FOR basis from well reputed firms and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement will be conducted through E-Tendering on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - General Store Items (As per list) - Stationary Items (As per list) - Printing Items (As per list) - Laundry, Boiler, RO Chemical & accessory Items (As per list) - Computer Server (As per list) - Electro Medical Equipment parts and accessories (As per bidding) The procurement shall be made in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 amended up to date on a single Stage two envelope basis. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement by 31.08.2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A refundable bid security of 1% of the estimated cost is required for each tender, submitted electronically against PSID generated through the portal. Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders regarding preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids. All assessments, receiving, opening, and awarding will be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab e-Procurement regulations. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
