Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) Instrumentation System for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014 (amended up to date). This procurement concerns the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) Instrumentation System (Package No. 06, Lot-D) for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) Instrumentation System The scope includes full supply and installation of the FESS system, commissioning at the site, and ongoing maintenance services to ensure operational efficiency. The procurement is governed by PPRA rules and requires bidders to be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must provide a bid security of PKR 380,000 and comply with the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure. All technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP document instructions and submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement portal by 28th October 2026, no later than 02:03 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM. Proposals submitted by any other means will not be considered. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
